Our 2026 packages are based on a minimum of 50 guests (Sunday – Thursday) and 70 guests (Friday, Saturday and Bank Holiday Sundays). Additional daytime guests can be added for £100 per person, and additional evening-only guests can be added for £19 per person.
*£9,000 package available Sunday – Thursday only. Friday, Saturday and Bank Holiday Sunday package priced at £13,000.

Evening reception offer
Evening-only venue hire from £1,500****
Book an evening-only wedding reception at Old Palace Chester for any date within the next six months and pay the following for venue hire:
- Sunday – Thursday: £1,500
- Friday and Saturday: £2,000

ACCOMMODATION OFFER
Stay in the honeymoon suite for free
Book 10 rooms within two months of booking your wedding and you will receive The Palace Suite completely free of charge.
THE OLD PALACE PACKAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Offer available for new bookings only. Bookings must be made by 30th September 2025.
- Not valid for previously confirmed or cancelled bookings.
- This offer is exclusively for weddings taking place in 2026.
Your food and drink package includes:
- Includes one reception drink (Prosecco or equivalent).
- A choice of 3 canapes.
- A 3-course meal (exc Fillet, Sirloin & Lamb).
- Half a bottle of wine per guest and a prosecco toast – 50 guests (Sunday-Thursday) / 70 guests (Friday, Saturday and Bank Holiday Sunday).
- Evening food pizza – 50 guests (Sunday-Thursday) / 70 guests (Friday, Saturday and Bank Holiday Sunday) (or an equivalent value up to £950).
- Service fee – £15 per head included.
Additional guests
- Additional day guests: £100 per person.
- Additional evening-only guests: £19 per person.
Supplement
- £4 per person supplement for a main dish of Fillet, Sirloin or Lamb.
- Exclusive use of Old Palace Chester for your wedding day from 12pm.
- Access to our preparation space, The Morning Room from 9am.
- Five feature suites and The Palace Suite are included.
- Additional bedrooms can be booked at £155 – £200 per room depending on the size of the room.
- An additional charge of £1,000 applies from 24th December to 2nd January inclusive.
